Moroccan steam bath with body scrub has numerous benefits that enhance physical and mental well-being. Morrocan Steam bath, also known as ‘hammam’, a traditional steam bath in Morocco, involves a steam room, body scrubbing and a relaxing massage, that provides full-body rejuvenation.

The session begins by entering a hot and humid steam room designed to open up the skin pores. In the steam room, you relax and allow your body to sweat out impurities. After a few minutes, black soap made from olive oil and crushed black olives is applied to exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells.

The therapist uses a Kessa glove to scrub your skin. The scrubbing removes any dry surface skin, leaving you with softer and smoother skin. After the scrubbing, you are rinsed with warm water to wash away the soap.

You can ask for a body mask, made from clay or honey, to nourish and moisturise the skin. After the body mask, you are rinsed again with warm water to remove the mask.

Drink plenty of water to hydrate the body after the session.
